Abubakar Aliyu Ibrahim (LL.B(BUK), B.L.) is a seasoned legal practitioner based in Abuja, originally from Kano State. He holds an LL.B (Second Class Upper) from Bayero University, Kano, and a B.L (Second Class Upper) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus. He also earned a First Class IJMB certificate (16 points) from the Kano State College of Arts, Science and Remedial Studies and has acquired multiple professional certifications.

With a strong focus on corporate practice, litigation, Islamic finance, and taxation law, Abubakar has advised various corporate entities, including MTN, and has represented numerous clients in courts across Nigeria — notably including former President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2019 election petition. He is a recipient of the Overall Best IJMB Student Award and was recognized as the Second-Best Law Graduating Student at Bayero University, Kano.
